Our infrastructure is an undeniable key strength. We are well equipped with state-of- the art machineries embedded with modern technology and maintain complete In-House Production as well as inspection facilities. Our operational strength lies in the top-of- the-class facilities we possess in Cutting, Turning, Grinding, Welding, Fabrication, Winding, Fitting, Painting, Testing and Packing. Proven Manufacturing techniques and utilities guide and support the day-to- day operations.

 

R&D

Our in-house design department is equipped with modern 3-D software tools. We have full mechanical & electrical designing strength to design any type of pumps and motors depending upon its application at any given discharge and head requirements.

Machining Facilities

Our Machining facilities are world class and comparable to the best in the industry. Our Machine shop consist of more than 200 machines of high quality and accuracy – mostly German & Japanese Machines covering almost the entire range of metal working machines available in market.

Inspection and Testing Facilities

At Hindustan Pumps, a right work culture ensures product quality and customer satisfaction. Test facilities only adds to this assurance. Our Test lab is fully equipped with the necessary equipment’s, gauges and skilled people to accurately inspect each and every dimensional aspect of the products that we manufactured at our plant.

We have fully flashed In-House calibration facilities for the Internal Calibration of most of the Inspection & Testing Instrument and Gauges we use in our production & inspection process.

We have excellent tie-ups with Government accredited laboratories and private NABL Certified Laboratories for chemical & mechanical testing of Steel and other material.
